#117 – Oliver Burkeman

Oliver Burkeman is the author of the books ‘The Antidote: Happiness for People Who Can’t Stand Positive Thinking’ which explores the upsides of negativity, uncertainty, failure and imperfection, as well as the book: ‘HELP!: How to Become Slightly Happier and Get a Bit More Done’. He is a writer for The Guardian and has a weekly column called ‘This Column Will Change Your Life’ where he writes about; social psychology, self-help culture, productivity and the science of happiness. He’s interviewed everyone from Jerry Seinfeld, Al Gore, Eckhart Tolle, 50 Cent and Malcolm Gladwell among many others.
