When Kristen Hadeed was a junior in college she founded a company by mistake, what started as a way to make enough money to buy a pair of jeans she wanted quickly turned into something way bigger. She had no idea that her little side project would turn into a career. At 21 Kristen turned down a 6 figure job in finance to continue growing her company which now has 2 locations and more than 500 employees. She is well known for her TEDx talk entitled: “How to Retire by 20,” which has more than 1.7 million views and she recently landed a book deal in hopes to continue spreading her message. She spends most of her time traveling the country speaking to college students about leadership and corporations about engaging millennials.
