His latest endeavour The Photon Project combines revolutionary scientific research, structural engineering and architectural design and addresses the link between a person’s exposure to daylight and their overall levels of happiness and well-being. Alastair Humphreys has been named as National Geographic’s Adventurer of the Year, he has written 7 books about his experiences which include; spending 4 years cycling around the world through 60 countries and more than 46,000 miles. He has walked across India, rowed the Atlantic ocean and been on expeditions to the Arctic.
