He has walked across India, rowed the Atlantic ocean and been on expeditions to the Arctic. He has Spoken at 2 TEDx events and is a pioneer of the concept of Microadventures, which are all about encouraging people to get outside, get out of their comfort zone and go somewhere they’ve never been before.

Soner Ozenc is an inventor, artist, and entrepreneur. He’s been invited to speak on stage at a TED Talk and his latest venture Maker’s Cafe is the UK’s first 3D printing cafe.

When are humans most happy? To gather data on this question, Matt Killingsworth built an app, Track Your Happiness, that let people report their feelings in real time. Among the surprising results: We’re often happiest when we’re lost in the moment. And the flip side: The more our mind wanders, the less happy we can be.
